Contact and payments

1. General Terms

  • By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Trade.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

  • Prices may change based on complexity and demand, but agreed-upon quotes will not change.

2. Payment

  • Payment must be made upfront or in installments (50% upfront, 50% After Final Delivery).

  • I accept PayPal And Ko-Fi

  • Prices are in USD and do not include additional fees (e.g., PayPal transaction fees).

  • No refunds will be given once Lineart has Been Done unless I cancel the commission

3. Process & Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround time varies depending on complexity and queue but typically ranges from 1-2 weeks (usually way sooner than a week!)

  • I will provide progress updates at different stages (e.g., sketch, lineart, coloring).

  • Major revisions are only allowed at the sketch stage; minor adjustments can be made later.

  • Additional revisions after the final piece is delivered may incur extra charges.

4. Usage & Copyright

  • I retain full rights to the artwork and may use it for my portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

  • You may use the commissioned piece for personal use (profile pictures, printing for yourself, etc.).

  • Commercial use (merch, monetized content, etc.) must be discussed and will require additional fees.

  • You may not edit, claim, or resell the artwork without permission.

  • NFT and AI usage of my work is strictly prohibited.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If I cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel before Lineart is Started, you may receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel after work Lineart Has Been Done, only a partial refund may be issued, depending on progress.

  • No refunds will be given once the final piece is delivered

6. Communication & Contact

  • I will communicate updates via Discord(prefered),Instagram DMs

  • Please respond to updates in a timely manner; delayed responses may extend the commission time.

  • If I do not receive a response within 5 days, I may proceed as I see fit or pause the commission.

7. NSFW Policy

  • I do accept NSFW commissions.

  • If I accept NSFW commissions, the client must be 18+ and provide proof if necessary

  • The following NSFW content is allowed:nudity, suggestive themes, etc.

  • The following NSFW content is not allowed:extreme fetishes,non-consensual themes,Extreamly Gorey

  • NSFW commissions may have an additional fee depending on complexity

  • I will not post NSFW commissions publicly unless agreed upon.

8. Gacha Commissions

  • Gacha commissions are randomized artworks where you pay a set price but do not choose specific details.

  • The theme/style will be based on available designs, but minor preferences (e.g., colors, mood) may be considered.

  • Prices for gacha commissions are non-refundable and must be paid upfront.

  • No major revisions are allowed, only small tweaks if necessary.

  • Gacha commissions may be personal-use only or have limited commercial rights
